Shore Business Services Limited (“SBS”), a limited liability company, whose main operations are based in Jamaica. Offshore business process outsourcing (“BPO”) and legal process outsourcing (“LPO”) services are available to the World’s largest and leading law firms and BPO services to trust companies, company management, registered agent, mutual fund, banks and insurance companies in the United States, Europe and the leading offshore jurisdictions, such as the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, Bermuda, the Channel Islands and Switzerland.
SBS has its corporate office in Kingston, the capital of Jamaica.
The idea of SBS was borne out of its principals' experience in managing financial services companies (in the capacity of directors) and practising law (as partners) in the British Virgin Islands (“BVI”). The BVI by virtue of its offshore status sees a high volume of financial and legal transactions on a yearly basis. Through this experience, the principals have clearly identified a need for more time and cost efficient data entry, document processing, paralegal services, secretarial services and other value-added services in the industry.
Given the current contraction of the world economy, the opportunities available from doing business in Jamaica and the expertise of its management and staff, SBS is uniquely positioned to become the leading BPO and LPO operator in the Caribbean and Latin America and has designed its service offerings, business development strategy and methodology to achieve this objective.
