Matthew A. Hogarth, (LL.B. Hons.)
Mr. Hogarth is a practicing Attorney-at-Law of over nine (9) years’ experience and a former partner of Messrs. Lanx Lancis, a corporate law firm in the British Virgin Islands (“BVI”). Before practicing in the BVI, Mr. Hogarth was an associate at Messrs. Livingston, Alexander and Levy, Jamaica’s oldest law firm. Mr. Hogarth was also director-in-charge of one of the leading providers of Business Restructuring Services (Insolvencies and Receiverships) in the BVI. Mr. Hogarth also consulted in relation to the management of a financial services group in the BVI.
Mr. Hogarth’s expertise includes:

Mr. Hogarth is admitted to practice law in New York State, Jamaica and the British Virgin Islands. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Jamaican Bar Association, the BVI Bar Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute and INSOL International.
By virtue of his position in the international financial services industry, the international legal fraternity and his knowledge of their competing markets, Mr. Hogarth has a wide depth of knowledge of operations in the international financial and legal services industry and more importantly, has an intricate knowledge of the services that may be required of an offshore BPO and LPO company, such as SBS.
Debbie H.C. Wilmot (B.Sc., LL.B. Hons.)
Ms. Debbie Wilmot is a practicing Attorney-at-Law with over twelve (12) years experience. Ms. Wilmot is the founder and former Managing Partner of Lanx Lancis, Attorneys-at-Law and Notaries Public, BVI. Ms. Wilmot is a specialist in corporate and commercial law and advises on a wide spectrum of issues relating to British Virgin Islands International Business Companies.
Ms. Wilmot’s expertise includes:

Ms. Wilmot was also a Director of MWM Global Holdings Limited, a fiduciary and financial services group of companies based in the British Virgin Islands (the “MWM Group”), for three and a half (3˝) years. As Director of the MWM Group, Ms. Wilmot had overall responsibility for Abacus Trust and Management Services Limited (“Abacus”) (a medium sized Trust and Company Management firm of which Ms. Wilmot was also a Director) and the human resource development and administration of the MWM Group. Ms. Wilmot joined the MWM Group in 2003 as Manager and Compliance Officer of Abacus.
Prior to joining the MWM Group in 2003 and establishing Lanx Lancis in 2004, Ms. Wilmot worked with FararaKerins, Attorneys-at-Law in the British Virgin Islands for three (3) years, as an associate.
Ms. Wilmot is admitted to practice in both Jamaica and the British Virgin Islands and was a notary public for the British Virgin Islands.
Given her years of legal and managerial experience working in one of the world’s most prominent, dynamic and rapidly growing offshore financial services centres, Ms. Wilmot is well poised to manage an offshore BPO and LPO company, such as SBS.
